What are Selection Criteria Questions?

These are specific questions that need to be addressed in detail on the Cover Letter as to how you handled a situation. They are not required for all job applications but may be requested on the Job Ad. Selection criteria answers can be up to half a page to ensure a detailed response is given.

What Format Will I Receive My Resume In?

Your Resume will be given to you in 2 formats, one will be a style PDF document and the other will be an editable Word Document.

Can I pick my style?

Yes of course, your resume needs to feel like you so it’s important that you pick the style that you like best. I’ll give you a stylish resume in PDF design (24 options to choose from) plus you’ll get a word document resume that’s ATS friendly and has clear professional formatting. Can I make changes?

Of course, these documents need to be an accurate reflection of you. Your first revision is free and any additional changes are charged at $20 per revision.

Do I need to have a photo?

Photos are completely optional. I can add or remove a photo in any of my designs. If you do decide to choose a photo for your resume, I will edit and format the photo to ensure it fits the resume style.
